- "Forester" Great and professional service on all levels... This is my fourth Subaru from Glassman. Jeff STewart is an amazingly effecient, honest, and professionall employee. I would go to no one else.

- The most knowledgeabe and personable group of professionals!" The professionalism was paired with a true interest and concern in making the experience as pleasant and effective as possible. I feel that Stephanie and Kyle in particular went way beyond expectations in attempting to resolve my vehicle issues. I am a "born again" fan of Subaru!

- This is my second Subaru, both of which I purchased in..." This is my second Subaru, both of which I purchased in Tampa at Mastro Subaru. Got great service there and when I moved to Detroit area, I worried about getting good service in American Automobile town. No worries now. Glassman service is great and the people, especially Kim Rundel, do everything they can to help their customers. Service is quick and one thing I really appreciated was if I asked to have something checked and it didn't need service after all, they didn't do it anyway and charge me. Thanks Kim and Glassman!

   

- The work on our daughter's car was done in a very timely way" Our daughter had to drive to Portland, Oregon this summer for a job with the Nike Co. We asked Glassman Service to prep our daughter's Subaru for the long trip. With over 60,000 miles on her Subaru Forester, she made the long trip with zero problems from her "baby"! Thank-you Glassman Service rep's; (Sarah and Bradley) for getting our daughter's car prepped right!

In The late summer if 2012 I bought my beautiful 2013 Subaru BRZ from new sales car Tom Kalmeta, he was very nice, easy to talk to, and I trusted him. Since my car was a special order he kept me updated on it's arrival time which was about 6 weeks. I would recommend this gentleman to anyone using this dealership. I had to have a tire and rim service done in Mid December of 2013. I was extremely concerned due to my enthusiastic fondness for my car. This is were I met assistant service manager Stephanie Cilli. She understood my weakness of having to leave the BRZ. She assured me it would be carefully and properly left inside while waiting for new rim and tires. She was true to her word and I can't thank her enough. To any car enthusiasts, worry is part of the wait. This car is very special to me and I couldn't list all the reasons the BRZ is well worth looking at and investing in . I met the dealership owner Mr. George Glassman and told him personally of my experience with Tom and Stephanie. I can't thank these 2 people enough for making my driving experience even better. Tom for his patience and help getting me the BRZ and Stephanie being so mindful, and knowing anytime I have a problem I can feel rest assured my car will be in the best hands. - "Fabulous Experience" My car buying experience truly was fabulous. Very smooth and streamlined...never felt pressured or played. No games or gimmicks...not needed as the Subaru sells itself.

- "Saved my van" I have been coming here for 8 years for my Subaru Forester. No issues. Last week, I was driving to work in my Toyota Sienna (125k miles and was just serviced 2 months before) and noticed the smell of oil. This got worse so i felt I had an oil leak. the nearest Toyota dealer was about 10 miles away and I was about 2 miles from Glassman. I drove straight to Glassman. About 1/2 mile from the dealer, the engine started making a clicking noise. Just at the entrance to the dealership, the engine oil light went on for one second then went off. Even though, they are not a Toyota dealer, they took my car in. The engine oil tubing to the engine had worn out and was leaking badly. They ordered the part from Toyota and fixed it in 3 working days. The engine is working fine. They saved my car. If I had refused to see me and made me drive to the Toyota service, the engine probably would have seized and died on me, and I'd be looking for another car at this time.

- Michael was professional, upfront, knowledgeable and..." Michael was professional, upfront, knowledgeable and trustworthy. I visited Michael first (but didn't get a quote on my Kia) where I learned all about the Subarus. With due diligence, I visited another Subaru dealer where I was low-balled on a trade in. After checking out both the Forester and Outback and getting pricing I considered just getting snow tires for my current car so I let Michael know this just wasn't the right time to purchase. He was polite and understanding. A week later, after doing the math on tires and with Michael's pointer that "I had only 7k miles before my current car could be resold as Certified", I was back in contact with Michael and I feel like we both came out ahead on the sale. Love my new Subaru. Would definitely recommend Glassman and Michael Beach.

- Absolutely Outstanding purchasing Experience!" Today I drove out of the Glassman Subaru showroom in my brand new Subaru Legacy! My husband had a difficult surgery last week and has been recouperating since. He has been in pain, worried about unexpected results he has experienced secondary to the surgery, etc. I have never purchased a car alone, however, my car was totaled last week prior to his surgery. Needless to say, this confluence of events has been more than a litle stressful. We did a ton of legwork via computer over the last week. I was barely able to recall who I spoke with, what dealership they were from, and what I was quoted. Eventually Tom and I connected and he was amazing. The experience couldn't have been smoother or more pleasant. He has the patience of a saint. Even once we thought we had made our selection and he had run the final numbers he didn't hesitate to circle back to the various model options and run the numbers once again in response to my second guessing my choice. I would recommend him to anyone and everyone I know without question. I believe George helped me finalize the paperwork. He was so funny and, more importantly, generous with his time and information. Sometimes it's hard to know the right questions to ask. He didn't wait for me to ask...he just ran through a plethora of invaluable information which was invaluable. Tom and George, your services were very much appreciated, and won't be forgotten. You've earned a loyal customer.

Within a hour or so I received a phone call from Glassman Subaru and made a appointment to test drive a Subaru Outback the very next Saturday . During my visit on Saturday March 1st I test drove the Outback . I explained to Michael Beach that I was going to purchase a car in the next month or so and needed to test drive some other brands before I made up my mind . 2 points that are very important to me as a customer : 1)Michael was very understanding and did not try to pressure me at all , which I really appreciated. 2)When I decided to buy the Outback Michael had everything lined up so that I spent less than one hour the day I purchased/picked up the car . These 2 points made my Subaru purchase a very good experience .
